We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how we handle refunds.
When You Can Get a Refund
Premium features are inaccessible due to a bug we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
You were charged incorrectly or for a subscription you did not authorize.
Not satisfied with premium features within the first 7 days of purchase? Full refund, no questions asked.
When Refunds Do Not Apply
Change of mind after the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period has passed.
Account suspension or termination due to violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
How to Request a Refund
Send a message to support@writeupcafe.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
Your account email, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue or reason for the request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Note: No pro-rata refunds are issued for remaining days after cancellation. Your access simply continues until the billing period ends.
