We significantly operate in the real estate and hospitality sectors, consisting of assets across India, in the range of restaurants, hotels and resorts, and recreational clubs. We aim to build suitable infrastructure which can be used to create fine dining, lounging, and relaxing experiences. We own assets like Taj Aravali Resort and Spa, a 176-room resort situated in Udaipur, India. Irish House BKC, a resto-bar, and lounge, is located in the heart of the corporate area in Mumbai. Juhu Club Millennium is a family recreational club consisting of activities like squash, tennis, badminton, swimming, gymnasiums, banqueting, and restaurant spaces to choose from. We also have 2 more hospitality assets in the pipeline. Our forte lies in quality construction and working with key partners to operate and grow our assets.
