It is upto the captain to decide. It could be 15 different members or maybe a few members could submit multiple topics depending on the availability / non availability of the team members. But it would be good if every one in the team gets a chance.. :)
Vikas Khair → IBL: One question as you have already submitted the IBL schedule, now do we just frame a post as per the Genre on any theme and name etc. and submit that to IBL or our group page here at WUC or you would also be providing a theme for the writing the post too?
