Relaxing bath salts: Bath salts help in soothing muscles aches and help in relaxation of the mind and body. Lemon balm bath salt is one of them which provides a calming effect. It is not same as your regular lemon, but it is actually a type of mint. For a peaceful sleep you can also use Epsom bath salt. Bathing in Epsom salt helps in relaxing the muscles, improves concentration and sleep. You can also use Himalayan pink salt for promoting good sleep. It contains a lot of minerals like potassium, copper, selenium, iodine, calcium, zinc and sodium but most importantly magnesium which helps in better sleep.
